FIRSTS... Change Your Life
FIRSTS. One time, at my friends urging, I chose to camp out for a week and volunteer at my first folk festival. It changed my life. It happened to be The Philadelphia Folk Festival. Thanks to Mom, Dad, Mr. Bruce and the Hoagies Camp for encouragement. This week, I'm happy to say I'm performing at the Philly Folk Fest in a lineup that includes David Crosby, Joan Osborne, Margo Price, The Mavericks, The Preservation Hall Jazz Band. I found this old pic, taken at the Fest, and made my first meme. FIRSTS.
